OBJECTIVES

1. These terms regulate the use of the Services, whether directly or indirectly, by individuals making reservations and visiting House 10. By using the Service and visiting House 10 premises, you agree to these Terms.

DEFINITIONS

1. “House 10” – an entertainment/hospitality service provider, legal name Lion City House OÜ.

2. “Customer” – a legal person and/or at least 18-year and 1-day old natural person.

3. “Service” – private space rentals for the purpose of private events as well as private karaoke room reservations or any other events for social/entertainment purposes.

4. “Website” – House 10 official website www.house-10.com. 

5. “Terms” – terms of use and all other rules and guidelines that House 10 may communicate to the Customer from time to time through the Service.

RESERVATIONS

1. To use House 10 Services, the Customer can make a reservation of a karaoke room in advance through the reservation system available on the House 10 Website or via phone.

2. The minimum reservation time of the karaoke room is two (2) hours. The reservation may be extended, if the karaoke room is available after the expiration of the previous session for minimum one (1) hour. The reservation may be extended until the beginning of the next reservation. 

3. Reservations are not required. Customers may make the reservations on arrival however House 10 cannot guarantee the availability of rooms without advance notice. 

4. The number of people that can fit in one karaoke room depends on the room. The maximum capacity is indicated next to the room’s name and is seen while making a reservation. The maximum capacity cannot be exceeded. House 10 has the right to cancel the reservation according to clause 4.5 and demand a penalty according to clause 8.2 if the maximum capacity is exceeded.

5. The Customers are not allowed to consume their own food and/or drink in the karaoke room nor at the general area of House 10. Only meals and drinks purchased from House 10 are permitted in karaoke rooms. House 10 has the right to cancel the reservation according to clause 4.5, confiscate the food and drinks and demand a penalty according to clause 8.2. House 10 is not responsible for the spoilage of confiscated food or drinks.

6. House 10 can make special offers with another terms of reservation, cancellation, and fees. Special offers and the terms that differ from concluded in these Terms are agreed between the Customer and House 10 via email.

7. All reservations are subject to the availability of the rooms for the Customers’ specified time and date and are not confirmed until the Customer has made a prepayment.

CANCELLATION

1. The reservation may be cancelled at any time. If the customer cancels the reservation at least 48 hours before the reserved time, the reservation fee will be fully refunded. If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, the prepaid reservation fee will not be refunded. 

2. The reservation may be rescheduled with a 48-hour advance provided there is availability at another time preferred by the Customer. 

3. If the Customer does not show up within fifteen (15) minutes from the beginning of the booked time without notifying House 10 about coming late, the reservation will be considered as cancelled and no refund or substitute use of service can be requested.

4. The reservation is made for exact time frames. If the Customer is late, the reservation may not be extended for the time Customer was late. 

5. House 10 reserves the right to discontinue the reservation or refuse entry if the maximum capacity of the room is exceeded, the Customer consumer their own food and drinks, or due to other violations of these Terms without refunding the reservation fee.

FEES

1. Details of prices are available on House 10 Website.

2. Prices quoted when making reservations apply only to karaoke rooms unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for items such as meals and drinks. These items are subject to actual orders on site. 

3. All reservations are subject to full prepayment. 

4. The prices can be found at the House 10 Website and may differ on site. 

REFUSAL OF PROVIDING SERVICES

1. House 10 may refuse to provide Services to the Customer in cases of actual or suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms, including under 18-year-olds, or other laws or regulations. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. In addition, House 10 is entitled to use other legal remedies deriving from law.

AMENDMENTS

1. House 10 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Services from time to time and without notice, including, without limitation, by removing, adding, or modifying portions of the Service that may impact its overall functionality. House 10 shall have no liability to the Customer for any of the foregoing actions. 

2. House 10 reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time by publishing them on the Website.

3. If the Customer objects to any such changes, his sole recourse shall be to cease using the Services. Continued use of the Services following any such changes shall indicate the Customer’s acknowledgment of such changes and satisfaction with all the Services.

LIABILITY

1. The Customer shall be liable for any damage to House 10 as a result of violation of the obligations set forth in these Terms, applicable legal acts or good custom. Such violations include, but are not limited to exceeding maximum capacity, consuming prohibited food and drinks at House 10 premises, breaking or ruining House 10 property.

2. House 10 is entitled to claim, and the Customer is required to pay a contractual penalty in the amount of 500 EUR at House 10 discretion considering the gravity of the violation. House 10 is entitled to claim from the Customer the damage incurred in the amount which is not covered by the contractual penalty.

3. House 10 shall only be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer which arises out of the intent of House 10. 

APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

1. These General Terms are subject to legislation of the Republic of Estonia.

2. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

3. All disputes arising from these Terms will be settled by negotiations and in case of failure to reach agreement, the dispute will be settled in Harju County Court.

4. By reserving a karaoke room at House 10 the Customer ensures and guarantees that he/she has read the General Conditions and agrees with them.
