House 10 is located at Rataskaevu 10, in the heart of Tallinn's Old Town.

Once a historic theatre, House 10 has been transformed into private karaoke rooms and a venue for hosting exciting concerts, album releases, drag brunches, and many other events Tallinn has never seen before.

Reserving a karaoke room at House 10 is as easy as a Sunday morning: go to the Karaoke page, click on "Reserve Now," choose your preferred room and time, enter your party size and contact details, and confirm the reservation by making a payment.

You can also add signature cocktails and drink combos to your booking, which will be waiting for you in your room upon arrival at a more affordable price.

Time really flies when singing your heart out – thus, our karaoke sessions last for 2 hours. If the slot after yours is available, you can extend your session and keep singing like there's no tomorrow.

To make the most of your experience at House 10, please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session starts. If you're running late, we'll hold your reservation for 15 minutes before making the slot available for other guests. In such a case, your booking will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.

Our karaoke rooms are spacious, but each room has a maximum number of guests allowed to ensure you feel comfortable at House 10. The maximum capacity is visible next to the room's name while making a reservation. We recommend choosing a room that fits all the guests you expect, as the maximum capacity cannot be exceeded.

You can order anything you like from our passionately curated menu without having to leave the comfort of your karaoke room. Just scan the QR code, choose something mouthwatering, and we will bring it to your room.

External catering is allowed for events with more than 20 guests.

At House 10, we gladly accommodate people of all roots, beliefs, genders, preferences, and philosophies – as long as you're at least 18 years and 1 day old and you respect all others around you.

If you are underage, you must be accompanied by a legal guardian during your visit.

We have an extensive selection of amazing songs that you and your friends can choose from, but at this time, bringing your own backing tracks isn't possible.

In addition to stunning interiors, our private karaoke rooms are equipped with everything you need for a brilliant karaoke session, including microphones for two singers, TVs to display the lyrics, super-fast complimentary WiFi, comfortable seating, a wardrobe, and ample space for the snacks and drinks that you order from our gorgeous menu.

There will also be complimentary snacks waiting for you in the room!

If unable to visit House 10 for your reservation, contact us at least 48h in advance, and we'll cancel your booking and issue a full refund. If you cancel your booking any closer to the reservation, your payment will not be refunded.

PS If at all possible, we recommend cancelling the conflicting engagement instead and coming to enjoy your exhilarating karaoke session.
